Group Coaching Package

Grab (not literally) 3-5 of your colleagues and come together for a group learning experience!

•  4 hour intensive Zoom to set up Strategic Learning Covenants
•  1 2-hour Zoom group coaching meeting per month for 6 months
•  1 one-on-one coaching session for each group member per month for 6 months
•  Real time Organization Development Instruction (including but not limited to increasing engagement in a congregation, leading change, getting buy-in and ownership, project and program planning)
•  Free Enneagram Assessment

TIME COMMITMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS:

• 3 hours per month in sessions
• Additional hours per month based on individual goal fulfillment and completion
